Oil Stable At $99/Barrel Before OPEC Meeting

The oil price was stable at $99 per barrel before the OPEC meeting took place.  This is the first time that the 12-member Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is going to have a meeting in Vienna on Wednesday after an impulsive government unrests brushed through North America and the Middle East, intimidating oil fields and putting a stop on Libya’s oil manufacture.  Other OPEC members together with Saudi Arabia have cranked up oil procedures to offset the loss of 1.5 million barrels that the Libyan exporters used to provide.  According to analysts, this move is not enough to supply oil to numerous countries.
