Taking care of our aging parents is a very stressing task.  It is even more difficult than handling little toddlers.  Still, there are ways to handle this kind of situation to avoid stress.  Exercise deep breathing regularly.  This will help lower our blood pressure eventually relaxing the mind and body.  Have your head massaged up to the scalp.  According to doctors, it helps increase the chemical serotonin in the brain.  Make yourself happy and laugh it all out.  This will also raise serotonin and endorphins that make us feel relaxed and happy.  Others try eating dark chocolate to relieve them of stress.  Remember not to eat too much.
