New York Company Buys Kirkwood Mall

Bismarck's Kirkwood Mall, the second-largest mall in North Dakota has been sold to the New York-based Radiant Partners which invests in office buildings and any other business-related properties.  MetLife Insurance Co previously owned the mall for 41 years as stated by the MetLife’s spokesman.  The actual sale price of the mall was never been disclosed.  The mall’s area is 843,886 square feet but the 137,600 square-foot Target store is still owned by the company and is not part of the deal.  At present, the management and leasing procedures are handled by Jones Lang LaSalle who is a manager of business assets in 60 countries.
