A high percentage of people surveyed have plans to take a physical treatment when they have found out that they are suffering from a serious illness.  About 80% of individuals are encouraged only if there were a diagnosis of a critical illness will try to visit a specialist and have a medical examination.  Some say that laziness is the reason for not attending a check up.  Specialists say that people need to start living a healthy life while still young.  But it is still not too late for those who are 30 years and above to begin living healthily.  Exercise and proper diet will help us keep away from a serious illness.
